1. Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, we offer limited refunds on courses, templates, and downloadable materials.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course

  • You can demonstrate that the course or content did not meet expectations or had technical issues

  • Your refund request includes valid feedback or a reason for dissatisfaction

Non-Refundable Items

  • Refunds will not be issued if the course has been accessed beyond 20%, downloaded, or completed.

  • Live webinars, consultations, or coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Bundle offers, special promotions, and discounted courses are final sale unless otherwise stated.

2. Coaching and Consulting Services

Coaching and one-on-one strategy calls are refundable only if:

  • You cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment

  • No part of the session has been delivered

If you are unsatisfied after your session, please contact us and we’ll evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
